Android Resume Creator Test phase, srs, design phase and source code final deliverable

Abstract / Introduction

As you know the importance of Resume for hiring is the most critical activity as it reflects your personal achievements, professional career and growth. The purpose of this android app is to empower users by creating their resume(s) using their mobile phone. These resumes might be of different style and structure based upon candidate profile. On the other way around, the companies who want to hire an employee can have difficulty in finding a potential employee because of different resume formats. This android application will help in maintaining the uniformity in resume(s), thereby helping companies to shortlist the suitable candidates in an effective and efficient manner.

This android application will have three types of accounts;

1. Admin account
2. Company account
3. Personal or Candidate account

The admin account will approve the company account on verification where as personal account do not need verification.

From personal account, user after signing up can add, update and delete his/her CV. He/she can view other’s resumes. Such account is called as User login account. Company account will verify the experience of the user, then it will appear to others registered users.

For company account, only company’s HR manager can make account after verification of his/her designation. From this account, a company can make its portfolio where the verified employees will appear with the designation.

Functional Requirements:

Secure Sign-up and Login/Logout of all three kinds of accounts.

It is an android application that have following views:

1. View without login
2. User login view
3. Admin login view
4. Company loin view
5. Forgot password activites

User Dashboard after login(display the CV)

1. Name
2. Image
3. Designation
4. Company name
5. Experience Table
6. Education
7. Certification
8. Personal Info
9. User can search other’s to see there profile. Company Profile after login:
10. Company can add, delete and update
    • Departments
    • Employees
    • Services/product
11. Verification of user experience.
12. A company account can view other user’s CV and company profiles.
13. Must manage proper section named as follows:
    • Former employees
    • Working employees
    • Interns
14. Company account can add illiterate employees account.

Create Responsive Views:

ü The application should automatically adjust to different screen sizes and view ports that look good on all type of devices.

Tools:

1. Javascript, Kortlin Xml or any other front end programming language
2. Firebase Real-Time Database or SQLite/Room
3. Android Studio (or any other mobile app development IDE)
4. Microsoft Project
5. Microsoft Visio
6. Microsoft PowerPoint & Microsoft Word
