Abstract / Introduction:

In today’s world, driving has become one of the most important human need rather than a luxury. With such kind of thinking driving schools have emerged all over the country to train professional and nonprofessional drivers to meet the ever growing demand for more drivers. While there exists such kind of demand, observation has shown that most of these schools don’t have proper systems in place to manage such kind of training schools as most of these schools usually use manual systems. Which have several problems as opposed to today’s world which needs well managed computer systems to help in such environments. So, there is a need to transform the traditional process of written documentation into computer digitalize documentation. As a result, a project of developing a computer application system called Online Car Driving School Management System (CDSMS) will be built to solve this problem of manual handling of data and will save time as well.

Functional Requirements:

Admin Module:

1. Admin can manage packages, (like add and update offered package details).
2. Admin can view the detail of the application who wants to take training and also update the status of the application.
3. Admin can view the detail of the application and update the payments which user will receive.
4. Admin can view subscribed users (and can update, delete or any specific user for specific time slot).
5. Admin can read new enquiry (unread enquiry) and view read enquiry (read enquiry).
6. Admin can manage about us and contact us pages.
7. Admin can search users with the help of his/her registration number.
8. Admin can view application and payment detail in particular periods.
9. Admin can also update his profile, change password and recover password.

10.The admin can see all detail in brief like Total number of subscribes/users and a total number of enquiry received on dashboard.

User Module:

11. User can subscribe with a driving school, user can view driving schools services and also put enquiries.

12.User put any enquiries.

13.The user views the recent packages which offer by a driving school.

14.The user sees the detail of driving school

15.User can contact a driving school.

16.User must register himself/herself for getting training.

17. It is a welcome page for registered users.

18.In this section, the user can apply for training for himself or any family member.

19. In this section, user view the status of the application.

20.Registered users can also update their profile, change password and recover password.
