Abstract / Introduction
The intention of this challenge is to increase an internet based totally machine named as “Online Health Directory” through which the customers can be able to get the statistics of medical doctors, hospitals, health centers, health clinics and medical laboratories. The internet site will permit the docs to enroll in and proportion/upload their information, availability timings, place of know-how/specialization and call information while registering at the internet site. User registration requests and the complete website can be controlled via the “Administrator” (Admin) of the website thru Admin Panel. Admin will input the facts of hospitals, clinical centers, fitness clinics and scientific laboratories. The internet site will offer consumer friendly interfaces, smooth navigation go with the flow and right search facilities for its users. The launching of this internet site will serve as a quick manner of locating essential information with out physically travelling to clinical / fitness related centers.

Functional Requirements:
Following are key practical necessities of the proposed machine:
1. Sign In and User Registration
There might be proper interfaces for user registration and Sign In for the subsequent three types of the users of the website:
Visitor (Unregistered User)
Registered User (Doctor)
Administrator (Admin)

Roles of the customers could be as follow:
Visitor will be able to visit the website to search his/her relevant facts from the website and might touch to doctors or other clinical centers on their supplied contact numbers and emails.

The registered customers can be the Administrator and the Doctors. Doctors could be able to add their data on the internet site even as registering them at the internet site whereas the admin can be the user of internet site having all the rights of data control as well as user control. Admin will approve the registration requests from the doctors. In case of any trade in the records by the registered users (Doctors), it is going to be approved with the aid of the Admin prior to publishing on the internet site.

2. Email Notification and Verification
An unregistered person will sign up him/her on the internet site. On submitting the registration facts, an e-mail notification can be sent with a confirmation link to the user’s given electronic mail ID. On confirmation thru hyperlink, the Admin will approve the registration requests from customers. An e-mail notification can also be sent to the registered person on approval or rejection of any request.

3. Website Information Management
There may be right interfaces thru which the Admin can be capable of add/ delete and replace data inclusive of location, touch numbers regarding hospitals, medical centers, fitness clinics and scientific laboratories. The website will display this records in clean and appealing manners. Admin will add specialization data/classes for medical doctors inclusive of Neuro Physician, Dermatologist, Gastroentologists, Psychiatrists, Radiologists, Gynaecologist, and Psychologist etc. If you want to be utilized by the Doctors while registration.

Doctors can also be capable of add the scanned copies of their Educational Certifications /documents (For admin view most effective). Doctors will also be capable of update their profile facts. However, edited data could be permitted through the admin before publishing at the internet site.
