Abstract / Introduction

Flowers are soul blossoming in nature. The technique of using flowers and combining them with other beautiful elements builds up the decor.

The floral boutique works on the decoration of every type of event with fresh flowers and artificial flowers. The florists of the company arrange flowers decoration for events like wedding, corporate parties, birthday parties, Conferences and Seminars. The company will also provide the delivery of bouquets as per client demands, like delivery of bouquets to the hospital, to friends who have birthdays, anniversaries etc. with greeting note(s)/ card(s).

So, the students are required to develop a website with all the mentioned requirements.

Functional Requirements:

1. Registration/Login:

Admin and customer can log in to the system.

2. Database:

Admin will manage the database of all customers.

Admin will manage the database of all items/ images.

3. Add items for events decoration:

For organizing an event customer can select flowers and decoration style.

(Students will add a few sample pictures of different event decorations with the option of different flowers and color scheme.)

4. Add items for bouquets:

Admin will add bouquet images on a separate page.

5. Greeting card:

Admin will also add different types of greeting cards like birthday cards, anniversary cards, congratulation cards etc. separately for customers.

6. Add to cart:

Customer will add items into cart as per his/her choice and then move forward to checkout option.

7. Verification message:

After placing an order, the customer will get a verification message on mobile.

8. Payment method:

After completing the verification process the customer will select the payment method. 3 payment methods will be added:

1. Debit card
2. Credit card
3. Cash on delivery

9. Review:

Customers can also leave reviews on the website.

10.Marketing:

If customer likes their services, they can also share their link directly from the website to their social media apps.
