Abstract / Introduction

Tour Hunting is a website designed to help users select the most appropriate tour for their entertainment needs. The website allows different tourism companies to register and add details of their tour packages. Visitors to the website can compare different tour packages added by various companies and select a tour based on predefined factors. The user has the flexibility to select any combination of factors such as destination, activity, duration, and price range to find the tour that best meets their needs. This allows users to easily find and book a tour that meets their preferences, while also providing a platform for tourism companies to showcase their services to potential customers.

Functional Requirements:

  1. User Accounts: Users should be able to create accounts on the website, save their favourite tours, view their booking history, and access special promotions or discounts.
  2. Search for Tours: Users should be able to search for tours based on criteria such as destination, activity, duration, and price range.
  3. View Tour Details: Users should be able to view details about each tour, including itinerary, photos, reviews, and pricing.
  4. Book Tours: After registration, users should be able to book tours online, selecting the dates, number of travellers.
  5. Reviews and Ratings: Users should be able to leave reviews and ratings for tours they have taken, and view reviews and ratings from other users.
  6. Customer Support: The website should provide customer support through a variety of channels such as email, phone, or suggestion box, to assist users with any questions or issues they may have.
  7. Tour Provider Management: The website should provide an interface for tour providers to manage their listings, update their tour details and pricing, and view their booking history and revenue. Tools:
