Objective of Attendance System

The main objective of the Attendance System is to manage the details of Employee Attendance, Holidays, Leave,Attendance, Student Attendance. It manages all the information about Employee Attendance, Login, Student Attendance, Employee Attendance. The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing the Employee Attendance, Holidays, Login, Leave. It tracks all the details about the Leave,Attendance, Student Attendance.

Functionalities provided by Attendance System are as follows:

• Provides the searching facilities based on various factors. Such as Employee Attendance, Leave, Attendance, Student Attendance
• College Management System also sells the employees details online for students details, employees details, courses.
• It tracks all the information of Holidays, Login, Attendance ect
• Manage the information of Holidays
• Shows the information and description of the Employee Attendance, Leave
• To increase efficiency of managing the Employee Attendance, Holidays
• It deals with monitoring the information and transactions of Attendance.
• Manage the information of Employee Attendance
• Editing, adding and updating of Records is improved which results in proper resource management of Employee Attendance data.
• Manage the information of Attendance
• Integration of all records of Student Attendance.

Report generation:

• It generates the report on Employee Attendance, Holidays, Login
• Provide filter reports on Leave,Attendance, Student Attendance
• You can easily export PDF for the Employee Attendance, Login,Attendance
• Application also provides excel export for Holidays, Leave, Student Attendance
• You can also export the report into csv format for Employee Attendance, Holidays, Student Attendance

Limitation of Attendance System

• Excel export has not been developed for Login, Attendance due to some criticality.
• The transactions are executed in off-line mode, hence on-line data for Employee Attendance, Holidays capture and modification is not possible.
• Off-line reports of Employee Attendance, Leave, Student Attendance cannot be generated due to batch mode execution.

Input Data and Validation of Attendance System

• All the fields such as Employee Attendance, Leave, Student Attendance are validated and does not take invalid values
• Each form for Employee Attendance, Holidays, Login can not accept blank value fields
• Avoiding errors in data
• Controlling amount of input
