Objective of College Library Record Application

The main objective of the College Library Record Application is to manage the details of Managers, Books,Library, Students, Issues. It manages all the information about Managers, Branch, Issues, Managers. The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing the Managers, Books, Branch, Library. It tracks all the details about the Library, Students, Issues.

Functionalities provided by College Library Record Application are as follows:

  • Provides the searching facilities based on various factors. Such as Managers, Library, Students, Issues
  • College Management System also sells the employees details online for students details, employees details, courses.
  • It tracks all the information of Books, Branch, Students ect
  • Manage the information of Books
  • Shows the information and description of the Managers, Library
  • To increase efficiency of managing the Managers, Books
  • It deals with monitoring the information and transactions of Students.
  • Manage the information of Managers
  • Editing, adding and updating of Records is improved which results in proper resource management of Managers data.
  • Manage the information of Students
  • Integration of all records of Issues.

Report generation:

  • It generates the report on Managers, Books, Branch
  • Provide filter reports on Library, Students, Issues
  • You can easily export PDF for the Managers, Branch, Students
  • Application also provides excel export for Books,Library, Issues
  • You can also export the report into csv format for Managers, Books, Issues

Limitation of College Library Record Application

  • Excel export has not been developed for Branch, Students due to some criticality.
  • The transactions are executed in off-line mode, hence on-line data for Managers, Books capture and modification is not possible.
  • Off-line reports of Managers, Library, Issues cannot be generated due to batch mode execution.

Input Data and Validation of College Library Record Application

  • All the fields such as Managers, Library, Issues are validated and does not take invalid values
  • Each form for Managers, Books, Branch can not accept blank value fields
  • Avoiding errors in data
  • Controlling amount of input
