Objective of Doctors Information System

The main objective of the Doctors Information System is to manage the details of Timings,Doctors, Degree, Clinics, Fees. It manages all the information about Timings, Specializations, Fees, Timings. The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing the Timings, Doctors, Specializations, Degree. It tracks all the details about the Degree, Clinics, Fees.

Functionalities provided by Doctors Information System are as follows:

• Provides the searching facilities based on various factors. Such as Timings, Degree, Clinics, Fees
• College Management System also sells the employees details online for students details, employees details, courses.
• It tracks all the information of Doctors, Specializations, Clinics ect
• Manage the information of Doctors
• Shows the information and description of the Timings, Degree
• To increase efficiency of managing the Timings, Doctors
• It deals with monitoring the information and transactions of Clinics.
• Manage the information of Timings
• Editing, adding and updating of Records is improved which results in proper resource management of Timings data.
• Manage the information of Clinics
• Integration of all records of Fees.

Report generation:

• It generates the report on Timings,Doctors, Specializations
• Provide filter reports on Degree, Clinics, Fees
• You can easily export PDF for the Timings, Specializations, Clinics
• Application also provides excel export for Doctors, Degree, Fees
• You can also export the report into csv format for Timings,Doctors, Fees

Limitation of Doctors Information System

• Excel export has not been developed for Specializations, Clinics due to some criticality.
• The transactions are executed in off-line mode, hence on-line data for Timings, Doctors capture and modification is not possible.
• Off-line reports of Timings, Degree, Fees cannot be generated due to batch mode execution.

Input Data and Validation of Doctors Information System

• All the fields such as Timings, Degree, Fees are validated and does not take invalid values
• Each form for Timings,Doctors, Specializations can not accept blank value fields
• Avoiding errors in data
• Controlling amount of input
