Abstract/Introduction
The intention of this task is to broaden a internet site named as “AudioCloud” to store and share collection of audio documents of different codecs. This internet site will serve as a web based platform of sharing audio documents. The internet site will allow the registered users to add and percentage the audio files. The customers of the website will be able to play audio documents thru embedded Audio player of the internet site. The person’s registration in addition to the posts (audio files) for publishing can be authorized via the Administrator of the website. There might be two alternatives to percentage the audio files on the website:
- Public (to be shared with all varieties of internet site customers)
- Private (to be uploaded only for registered user’s non-public use)
The registered consumer could be able to upload the audios in exceptional categories inclusive of Quran Recitations, Naats, Audio Lectures, Audio Notes, Sound Effects, Royalty free music and many others. There may be right interface(s) for registered users to control their posts (audio documents). The administrator of the website may have a right Admin Panel thru which he / she will be able to control the complete internet site (approving or rejecting consumer registration requests, approving / rejecting posts, adding / deleting audio categories, looking uploaded audio files by means of unique keywords and filters, importing and deleting any audio report and so on.). There may be proper audio player to run / play the audio documents. There need to be user pleasant interfaces and effective navigation scheme within the internet site.
Functional Requirements:
Following are the key purposeful necessities of proposed Project:
- Sign In and User Registration
There may be three categories of Website users:
o Visitor (Unregistered User)
o Registered User
o Administrator (Admin)
Visitor will be able to search and play the audio documents uploaded with the aid of registered users. Registered consumer could have the privileges to add audio files at the internet site.
Administrator could be the consumer of website having all the rights of files control as well as person management. Admin will approve the registration requests from users and posts (audio documents) from registered customers for publishing at the website.
There will be proper interfaces for user registration and Sing In.
- Email Notification and Verification
An unregistered person will sign up him/her at the website. On submitting the registration information, an email notification can be sent with a affirmation link to the person’s given electronic mail ID. On affirmation via link, the Admin will approve the registration requests from customers.
- Audio Files Uploading / Posting
There can be interactive interface(s) to upload audio files of various codecs on the website. There might be a few obligatory fields requiring records about the audio file such as Title and Description, and many others. These fields will useful resource the hunt characteristic based on key phrases. Audio Files published by means of the registered customers can be established /authorised with the aid of the Admin prior to be posted on the website.

- Play List Management
