Abstract/Introduction
The intention of this challenge is to increase a properly-designed and interactive website named as “RentHub” thru which the customers can be capable of discover the condo assets. The website will allow the registered users to upload the facts of condo belongings. User registration, posts of registered customers and the whole internet site will be controlled by way of the “Administrator” of the internet site thru Admin Panel. The internet site will offer person pleasant interfaces, clean navigation float and proper seek facilities for its users. Launching of this internet site will remove the overhead of bodily touring to special property dealing facilities for finding condo assets.
Functional Requirements:
Following are the important thing useful requirements of proposed Project:
1. Sign In and User Registration
There may be 3 categories of users:
o Visitor (Unregistered User)
o Registered User
o Administrator (Admin)
Visitor could be able to go to the internet site to look his/her relevant apartment assets statistics from website.
Registered user can be able to post the records approximately the property to be given on rent.
Administrator may be the user of website having all of the rights of posts control as well as user management. Admin will approve the registration requests and posts (containing important information concerning belongings to be given on hire for publishing at the website).
There can be proper interfaces for consumer registration and Sign In.
2. Email Notification and Verification
An unregistered consumer will sign in him/her on the internet site. On filing the registration statistics, an e mail notification might be despatched with a affirmation link
to the user’s given electronic mail ID. On affirmation through link, the Admin will approve the registration requests from customers. An e mail notification will also be despatched to the registered consumer on approval or rejection of any put up.

5. Search and Sorting System on Website
