Abstract/Introduction
“E-Attendance” is an internet-primarily based Attendance Management System for XYZ University.
The intention of this device is to manage the student’s day by day attendance that is entered with the aid of the school individuals. Details concerning the distinctive customers worried within the gadget and the functions which they could perform are given underneath
Functional Requirements:
Following are the users of this machine. Each person should log-in first, to use the device.

• Faculty Member
• Head of Department
• Controller Examination
• Admin

Responsibilities and functions of each user are given underneath:

Faculty Member:

1. There are more than one school members in each branch. Each college member teaches more than one courses and, in every path, multiple college students may be enrolled, however one scholar may be enrolled in more than one guides as properly. The school member can keep the attendance file of multiple students in a couple of publications.
2. Faculty member can access and read the courses within the gadget which he
teaches. He will enter attendance file on every day foundation and can post. After the submission he can’t update the statistics.
Three. The college member can open the web page of any unique direction assigned to him.
4. The statistics which a faculty member can get admission to consist of three non-editable
and 3 editable contents/attributes:
a. Non-Editable

▪ Faculty Member Name
▪ Faculty Member Designation

b. Editable
▪ Attendance
▪ Date
▪ Time

Head of Department:

1. There are more than one departments in college and each branch is headed via a senior school member.
2. The head of branch assigns the guides to the lecturers from a separate interface.
Three. This user can see the statistics of all the courses of all tiers (offered by way of his branch)
four. The information which a Head of Department can get admission to for every direction consist of 5 non-editable attributes:
a. Non-Editable
▪ Faculty Member Employee ID
▪ Faculty Member Name
▪ Faculty Member Designation
▪ Attendance
▪ Date Time

Controller Examination:

This consumer has the authority to best see the whole statistics of/provided through first customers.

Admin

1. Admin is the energy user and has the rights of all three customers.

Proposed Tools: Java, Dotnet Framework, MySQL, SQL server and so on.
