Abstract/Introduction
The employee control is the primary need of every employer, each
corporation need to control its employees and if any Organization doesn’t adopt automation procedure even as employee control, then it will become difficult for company to manage its personnel.

The aim of SMART HR MANAGER is to provide the facility of worker control through few clicks, this device is not handiest useful for employers while dealing with their corporation but additionally beneficial for personnel to communicate with the system and as a result with the enterprise.

Main Roles of the gadget:
There could be two most important types of customers:
• Employee Management.
• Attendance Management.
• Leave Management.
• Salary Management.

Core Functionality:
The Employee will first stumble upon the login web page, after login into the device,
employee might be capable of enter into the machine and may see his profile which has its info which is registered in the company, furthermore worker can mark its attendance, and can also test its income, worker also can observe for go away through this machine and also can check popularity of applied leaves (climate it’s far in pending, permitted or rejected country).

There will be an admin panel for Administrator or enterprise who can manipulate:
• Employee Registration.
Admin can control worker registration through the interface of the device and input the record into the gadget.
• CRUD Operations for Employee management.
Administrator can Create, Read, Update and Delete employees of its business enterprise
through the admin panel.
• Salary management.
Admin can manipulate salaries of personnel via admin panel.
• Leave control.
Admin can manage leaves of personnel via admin panel.
• Attendance management.
Admin can control and exchange attendance of personnel thru admin
panel.
