Abstract / Introduction
Charity is an act of kindness, in which financially strong human beings offer help to those folks who are needy. The majority of NGOs do no longer get enough funds to aid their corporation. Finding sponsor turned into a hard venture, and it was a big venture for NGOs to cope with sponsors. This Charity Management System enables to discover sponsors without difficulty. The gadget has three modules, Admin, NGO and Sponsor. Admin can control the requests raised by NGOs and might take delivery of or reject. After approving request of any business enterprise, NGOs get credentials for their login. NGOs could be proven by the admin via reviewing their uploaded documents. NGOs can request the Sponsors for finances. Sponsors can review the corporation by way of their preceding reports of activities. Sponsor can register himself through the device. Sponsor will acquire the notification of the request raised by the NGOs. Sponsor can be given or reject the request. NGOs will acquire the notification and might see the status in their request.
Functional Requirements:
Application compromises of three modules.
• Admin
• Sponsor
• NGO
Admin:
1. Admin can login the device
2. Admin can sign in inside the machine.
3. Admin can overview the organizations and sponsor, verify them and approve or reject their profile.
4. Admin can view all of records of NGOs and Sponsors.
Five. Admin can manage the profiles of NGOs and Sponsors Sponsor:
1. Sponsor can sign up and login inside the gadget
2. Sponsor can view the info of a NGO who raised a fund request 3. Sponsor can receive and reject the request of NGO.
NGO:
1. NGO can sign in and login
2. NGO can raise the request for funds to any sponsor.
Three. NGO can see the history of the sponsor
4. NGO can see it’s popularity of it is requests
