Abstract/Introduction
OLMS is an internet based Library Management System for XYZ College. Details regarding the specific customers involved in the system and the functions which they can carry out are given below.

Following are the users of this gadget. Each person has to log in first, to use the device.

• Admin
• Librarian
• Student
• Faculty Member
Responsibilities and capabilities of every consumer are given below: Admin:

1. Admin can upload, put off and adjust any consumer information (Librarian, Student and Faculty Member).

2. For every book, following statistics could be available in the machine.
• Author of the e-book
• Title of the book
• Published location
• Publication Year
• Location inside the library
• Number of copies
• Current repute
three. Admin will Add, Remove or alter the data concerning any e book of library.

Librarian:

1. He has to log in first.

2. He can be able to search the e book through giving identify of e book or by call of writer.

Three. Librarian will trouble the book and enter the information of difficulty Student/Faculty member who will borrow the ebook.

Four. He will get hold of the e-book so one can be back via the Student/Faculty member and enter the statistics.

Five. He might be able to see the history concerning any e-book such as which person has borrowed? When it changed into borrowed? And when it turned into again?

6. He may be able to see the records concerning any Student/Faculty which includes how many books he has borrowed? When borrowed? And while every e book changed into back?

7. The system must routinely calculate the quality on each day basis if any Student/Faculty member did not return the book within 15 days.

8. The amount of first-class in step with day could be entered by way of the librarian.

Student:
• He has to log in first for on-line ebook looking on the pc of library.
• He will be able to search the ebook through giving title/call or with the aid of creator.
• Student can borrow 2 books at one time.

Faculty:
• He has to log in first for online ebook searching on the laptop of library.
• He may be able to seek the ebook by means of giving title/name or by means of author.
• Faculty can borrow 4 books at one time.
