Abstract/Introduction:

As all business, management wants to achieve efficiency, improved monitoring, better quality and reduction of human errors services, better talent of management business and gain improved speed of business, intelligent alert application play an important role in this regard. Due to, its effectiveness the intelligent alert application has become need of the business organizations in this digital era.

You need to make an intelligent alert application for managing business important meeting schedules with the following requirements.

Functional Requirements:

Some of the functional requirements are;

System Module:

• Application must have login process/ authentication for manager who will make /update the meeting schedule.
• The database should store the following data (submitted by the manger through a GUI):

1. Business Department details
2. Users’ details
3. Meeting details

• Application must have the feature of user credentials validation for authentication purpose.
• Meeting Notification should be generated by application as a reminder to the manager One day before the mentioned exact meeting time.
• After verification from manger, alert notification should deliver to all concern persons as well.
• Alert notification should be stopped after receiving feedback from all concern persons.

Manager module:

• Manger should have all rights to schedule business meetings.
• Manger should include the employees going to be the part of business meeting.
• Manger should inform the business employees about meeting through notification.
• Manger should have rights to cancel the meetings.
• Manger should view feedback received from users.

 

User module:

• Meeting users must receive notification
• Meeting users must acknowledge the meeting
• Meeting users must Give feedback
