Abstract/Introduction
You are required to expand an accounting machine for “AEN Traders”. In this device, business money owed might be controlled. This gadget will help in coping with monetary transactions for a small enterprise. It will keep huge time and present clear repute of the profit and loss. Moreover, it will assist in correct decision making and forecasting.
Functional Requirements:
Following are the users of this gadget. Each user has to log-in first, to use the gadget.
1. Manager Accounts
2. Accountant
Responsibilities and functions of each person are given below:
Manager Account:
Manager account can upload, delete and replace anything within the gadget.
Accountant:
Accountant only can enter data.
Detail of the machine
Student may be given an excel sheet that includes entire accounts that are want to developed. These debts will help to make a monetary machine. All debts (excel sheet incorporate all required system) you are required to expand these debts as a result. Sheet call will be shape name within the device.
You are required to generate following reports and combine in the device as properly.
1. Trial Balance
2. Debtor and creditor file
three. Sale report
four. Purchase document
5. Cash and financial institution record
