Objective of Airline Managmenet System

The main objective of the Airline Managmenet System is to manage the details of Ticket Booking, Booking Enquiry, Employee, Passengar Reservation,Airlines Booking. It manages all the information about Ticket Booking, Airline Enquiry, Airlines Booking, Ticket Booking. The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing the Ticket Booking, Booking Enquiry, Airline Enquiry, Employee. It tracks all the details about the Employee, Passengar Reservation,Airlines Booking.

Functionalities provided by Airline Managmenet System are as follows:

• Provides the searching facilities based on various factors. Such as Ticket Booking, Employee, Passengar Reservation, Airlines Booking
• College Management System also sells the employees details online for students details, employees details, courses.
• It tracks all the information of Booking Enquiry, Airline Enquiry, Passengar Reservation ect
• Manage the information of Booking Enquiry
• Shows the information and description of the Ticket Booking, Employee
• To increase efficiency of managing the Ticket Booking, Booking Enquiry
• It deals with monitoring the information and transactions of Passengar Reservation.
• Manage the information of Ticket Booking
• Editing, adding and updating of Records is improved which results in proper resource management of Ticket Booking data.
• Manage the information of Passengar Reservation
• Integration of all records of Airlines Booking.

Report generation:

• You can easily export PDF for the Ticket Booking, Airline Enquiry, Passengar Reservation
• Application also provides excel export for Booking Enquiry, Employee,Airlines Booking
• You can also export the report into csv format for Ticket Booking, Booking Enquiry,Airlines Booking

Limitation of Airline Managmenet System

• Excel export has not been developed for Airline Enquiry, Passengar Reservation due to some criticality.
• The transactions are executed in off-line mode, hence on-line data for Ticket Booking, Booking Enquiry capture and modification is not possible.
• Off-line reports of Ticket Booking, Employee, Airlines Booking cannot be generated due to batch mode execution.

Input Data and Validation of Airline Managmenet System

• All the fields such as Ticket Booking, Employee, Airlines Booking are validated and does not take invalid values
• Each form for Ticket Booking, Booking Enquiry, Airline Enquiry can not accept blank value fields
• Avoiding errors in data
• Controlling amount of input
