Objective of Bank Application
The main objective of the Bank Application is to manage the details of Saving Account, Employees,Customer, Accounts, Current Account. It manages all the information about Saving Account, Fixed Deposit, Current Account, Saving Account. The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing the Saving Account, Employees, Fixed Deposit, Customer. It tracks all the details about the Customer, Accounts, Current Account.
Functionalities provided by Bank Application are as follows:
- Provides the searching facilities based on various factors. Such as Saving Account, Customer, Accounts, Current Account
- College Management System also sells the employees details online for students details, employees details, courses.
- It tracks all the information of Employees, Fixed Deposit, Accounts ect
- Manage the information of Employees
- Shows the information and description of the Saving Account, Customer
- To increase efficiency of managing the Saving Account, Employees
- It deals with monitoring the information and transactions of Accounts.
- Manage the information of Saving Account
- Editing, adding and updating of Records is improved which results in proper resource management of Saving Account data.
- Manage the information of Accounts
- Integration of all records of Current Account.
Report generation:
- It generates the report on Saving Account, Employees, Fixed Deposit
- Provide filter reports on Customer, Accounts, Current Account
- You can easily export PDF for the Saving Account, Fixed Deposit, Accounts
- Application also provides excel export for Employees,Customer, Current Account
- You can also export the report into csv format for Saving Account, Employees, Current Account
Limitation of Bank Application
- Excel export has not been developed for Fixed Deposit, Accounts due to some criticality.
- The transactions are executed in off-line mode, hence on-line data for Saving Account, Employees capture and modification is not possible.
- Off-line reports of Saving Account, Customer, Current Account cannot be generated due to batch mode execution.
Input Data and Validation of Bank Application
- All the fields such as Saving Account, Customer, Current Account are validated and does not take invalid values
- Each form for Saving Account, Employees, Fixed Deposit can not accept blank value fields
- Avoiding errors in data
- Controlling amount of input
