Body weight is an important factor when it comes to good health and control on conditions. An abnormal weight is one of the crucial reasons that can deteriorate/ ameliorate our overall health. In order to have an ideal weight is both grueling and methodical. The Calories Calculator will calculate the diurnal needed number of calories grounded on weight, height, and age etc. The stoner will also be suitable to enter the diurnal input of calories handed by colorful foods thrice a day. The progress report will be generated by the operation for a given period of time.
Functional Conditions
Following is the list of functional conditions
1. There’s only one type of stoner.
2. Login for druggies.
3. After login, the stoner will enter the following details

b. Weight
c. Height
d. Age
e. Life style
i. Sedentary
ii. Smoothly active
iii. Relatively active iv. Veritably active
v. Extra active
4. The diurnal input of calories will be calculated by the Harris-Benedict formula as follows Men BMR = (10 × weight in kg) (6.25 × height in cm)- (5 × age in times) 5
Women BMR = (10 × weight in kg) (6.25 × height in cm)- (5 × age in times)-161
5. The performing BMR ( Rudimentary Metabolic Rate) will be multiplied by1.2,1.375,1.55,1.725 and
1.9 for sedentary, smoothly active, relatively active, veritably active and redundant active independently.
6. For weight reduction, the stoner has to consume lower calories in comparison to the calculated BMR.
7. For increase in weight, there should be further calories consumed in comparison to the calculated BMR.
8. The stoner will enter the names and calories of food particulars consumed for breakfast, lunch and regale on diurnal base.
9. The calories calculator will keep the record of diurnal, daily, and yearly calories consumption.
