Objective of Car Rental System

The main objective of the Car Rental System is to manage the details of Cars, Car Booking, Car Routes, Drivers,##Keyword6##. It manages all the information about Cars, Passengar Informations, ##Keyword6##, Cars. The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing the Cars, Car Booking, Passengar Informations, Car Routes. It tracks all the details about the Car Routes, Drivers,##Keyword6##.

Functionalities provided by Car Rental System are as follows:

• Provides the searching facilities based on various factors. Such as Cars, Car Routes, Drivers, ##Keyword6##
• College Management System also sells the employees details online for students details, employees details, courses.
• It tracks all the information of Car Booking, Passengar Informations, Drivers ect
• Manage the information of Car Booking
• Shows the information and description of the Cars, Car Routes
• To increase efficiency of managing the Cars, Car Booking
• It deals with monitoring the information and transactions of Drivers.
• Manage the information of Cars
• Editing, adding and updating of Records is improved which results in proper resource management of Cars data.
• Manage the information of Drivers

Limitation of Car Rental System

• Excel export has not been developed for Passengar Informations, Drivers due to some criticality.
• The transactions are executed in off-line mode, hence on-line data for Cars, Car Booking capture and modification is not possible.
• Off-line reports of Cars, Car Routes, ##Keyword6## cannot be generated due to batch mode execution.

Input Data and Validation of Car Rental System

• All the fields such as Cars, Car Routes, ##Keyword6## are validated and does not take invalid values
• Each form for Cars, Car Booking, Passengar Informations can not accept blank value fields
• Avoiding errors in data
• Controlling amount of input
