Objective of Car Sales System

The main objective of the Car Sales System is to manage the details of Inventory, Customer, Car Models, Sales, Car Owners. It manages all the information about Inventory, Cars, Car Owners, Inventory. The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing the Inventory, Customer, Cars, Car Models. It tracks all the details about the Car Models, Sales, Car Owners.

Functionalities provided by Car Sales System are as follows:

• Provides the searching facilities based on various factors. Such as Inventory, Car Models, Sales, Car Owners
• College Management System also sells the employees details online for students details, employees details, courses.
• It tracks all the information of Customer, Cars, Sales ect
• Manage the information of Customer
• Shows the information and description of the Inventory, Car Models
• To increase efficiency of managing the Inventory, Customer
• It deals with monitoring the information and transactions of Sales.
• Manage the information of Inventory
• Editing, adding and updating of Records is improved which results in proper resource management of Inventory data.
• Manage the information of Sales
• Integration of all records of Car Owners.

Report generation:

• It generates the report on Inventory, Customer,Cars
• Provide filter reports on Car Models, Sales, Car Owners
• You can easily export PDF for the Inventory,Cars, Sales
• Application also provides excel export for Customer, Car Models, Car Owners
• You can also export the report into csv format for Inventory, Customer, Car Owners

Limitation of Car Sales System

• Excel export has not been developed for Cars, Sales due to some criticality.
• The transactions are executed in off-line mode, hence on-line data for Inventory, Customer capture and modification is not possible.
• Off-line reports of Inventory, Car Models, Car Owners cannot be generated due to batch mode execution.

Input Data and Validation of Car Sales System

• All the fields such as Inventory, Car Models, Car Owners are validated and does not take invalid values
• Each form for Inventory, Customer,Cars can not accept blank value fields
• Avoiding errors in data
• Controlling amount of input
