Objective of Clinic System

The main objective of the Clinic System is to manage the details of Doctors, Patient, Medicines,Clinic, Appointments. It manages all the information about Doctors, Nurses, Appointments, Doctors. The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing the Doctors, Patient, Nurses, Medicines. It tracks all the details about the Medicines,Clinic, Appointments.

Functionalities provided by Clinic System are as follows:

• Provides the searching facilities based on various factors. Such as Doctors, Medicines, Clinic, Appointments
• College Management System also sells the employees details online for students details, employees details, courses.
• It tracks all the information of Patient, Nurses, Clinic ect
• Manage the information of Patient
• Shows the information and description of the Doctors, Medicines
• To increase efficiency of managing the Doctors, Patient
• It deals with monitoring the information and transactions of Clinic.
• Manage the information of Doctors
• Editing, adding and updating of Records is improved which results in proper resource management of Doctors data.
• Manage the information of Clinic
• Integration of all records of Appointments.

Report generation:

• It generates the report on Doctors, Patient, Nurses
• Provide filter reports on Medicines,Clinic, Appointments
• You can easily export PDF for the Doctors, Nurses,Clinic
• Application also provides excel export for Patient, Medicines, Appointments
• You can also export the report into csv format for Doctors, Patient, Appointments

Limitation of Clinic System

• Excel export has not been developed for Nurses, Clinic due to some criticality.
• The transactions are executed in off-line mode, hence on-line data for Doctors, Patient capture and modification is not possible.
• Off-line reports of Doctors, Medicines, Appointments cannot be generated due to batch mode execution.

Input Data and Validation of Clinic System

• All the fields such as Doctors, Medicines, Appointments are validated and does not take invalid values
• Each form for Doctors, Patient, Nurses can not accept blank value fields
• Avoiding errors in data
• Controlling amount of input
