Objective of Computer Shop

The main objective of the Computer Shop is to manage the details of Warranty,Computer. Laptops, Customers, Parts,##Keyword6##. It manages all the information about Warranty, Repairs, ##Keyword6##, Warranty. The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing the Warranty, Computer. Laptops, Repairs, Customers. It tracks all the details about the Customers, Parts,##Keyword6##.

Functionalities provided by Computer Shop are as follows:

• Provides the searching facilities based on various factors. Such as Warranty, Customers, Parts, ##Keyword6##
• College Management System also sells the employees details online for students details, employees details, courses.
• It tracks all the information of Computer. Laptops, Repairs, Parts ect
• Manage the information of Computer. Laptops
• Shows the information and description of the Warranty, Customers
• To increase efficiency of managing the Warranty, Computer. Laptops
• It deals with monitoring the information and transactions of Parts.
• Manage the information of Warranty
• Editing, adding and updating of Records is improved which results in proper resource management of Warranty data.
• Manage the information of Parts

Report generation:

• It generates the report on Warranty,Computer. Laptops, Repairs
• Provide filter reports on Customers, Parts,##Keyword6##
• You can easily export PDF for the Warranty, Repairs, Parts
• Application also provides excel export for Computer. Laptops, Customers,##Keyword6##
• You can also export the report into csv format for Warranty,Computer. Laptops,##Keyword6##

Limitation of Computer Shop

• Excel export has not been developed for Repairs, Parts due to some criticality.
• The transactions are executed in off-line mode, hence on-line data for Warranty, Computer. Laptops capture and modification is not possible.
• Off-line reports of Warranty, Customers, ##Keyword6## cannot be generated due to batch mode execution.

Input Data and Validation of Computer Shop

• All the fields such as Warranty, Customers, ##Keyword6## are validated and does not take invalid values
• Each form for Warranty,Computer. Laptops, Repairs can not accept blank value fields
• Avoiding errors in data
• Controlling amount of input
