Objective of Decision Support System

The main objective of the Decision Support System is to manage the details of Invetigations,Decision, Researcher, Reseach, Projects. It manages all the information about Invetigations, Information, Projects, Invetigations. The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing the Invetigations, Decision, Information, Researcher. It tracks all the details about the Researcher, Reseach, Projects.

Functionalities provided by Decision Support System are as follows:

• Provides the searching facilities based on various factors. Such as Invetigations, Researcher, Reseach, Projects
• College Management System also sells the employees details online for students details, employees details, courses.
• It tracks all the information of Decision, Information, Reseach ect
• Manage the information of Decision
• Shows the information and description of the Invetigations, Researcher
• To increase efficiency of managing the Invetigations, Decision
• It deals with monitoring the information and transactions of Reseach.
• Manage the information of Invetigations
• Editing, adding and updating of Records is improved which results in proper resource management of Invetigations data.
• Manage the information of Reseach
• Integration of all records of Projects.

Report generation:

• It generates the report on Invetigations,Decision, Information
• Provide filter reports on Researcher, Reseach, Projects
• You can easily export PDF for the Invetigations, Information, Reseach
• Application also provides excel export for Decision, Researcher, Projects
• You can also export the report into csv format for Invetigations,Decision, Projects

Limitation of Decision Support System

• Excel export has not been developed for Information, Reseach due to some criticality.
• The transactions are executed in off-line mode, hence on-line data for Invetigations, Decision capture and modification is not possible.
• Off-line reports of Invetigations, Researcher, Projects cannot be generated due to batch mode execution.

Input Data and Validation of Decision Support System

• All the fields such as Invetigations, Researcher, Projects are validated and does not take invalid values
• Each form for Invetigations,Decision, Information can not accept blank value fields
• Avoiding errors in data
• Controlling amount of input
