Objective of Dental Clinic

The main objective of the Dental Clinic is to manage the details of Nurses, Doctors,Problems, Medicines, Appointments. It manages all the information about Nurses, Patient, Appointments, Nurses. The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing the Nurses, Doctors, Patient, Problems. It tracks all the details about the Problems, Medicines, Appointments.

Functionalities provided by Dental Clinic are as follows:

• Provides the searching facilities based on various factors. Such as Nurses, Problems, Medicines, Appointments
• College Management System also sells the employees details online for students details, employees details, courses.
• It tracks all the information of Doctors, Patient, Medicines ect
• Manage the information of Doctors
• Shows the information and description of the Nurses, Problems
• To increase efficiency of managing the Nurses, Doctors
• It deals with monitoring the information and transactions of Medicines.
• Manage the information of Nurses
• Editing, adding and updating of Records is improved which results in proper resource management of Nurses data.
• Manage the information of Medicines
• Integration of all records of Appointments.

Report generation:

• It generates the report on Nurses, Doctors, Patient
• Provide filter reports on Problems, Medicines, Appointments
• You can easily export PDF for the Nurses, Patient, Medicines
• Application also provides excel export for Doctors,Problems, Appointments
• You can also export the report into csv format for Nurses, Doctors, Appointments

Limitation of Dental Clinic

• Excel export has not been developed for Patient, Medicines due to some criticality.
• The transactions are executed in off-line mode, hence on-line data for Nurses, Doctors capture and modification is not possible.
• Off-line reports of Nurses, Problems, Appointments cannot be generated due to batch mode execution.

Input Data and Validation of Dental Clinic

• All the fields such as Nurses, Problems, Appointments are validated and does not take invalid values
• Each form for Nurses, Doctors, Patient can not accept blank value fields
• Avoiding errors in data
