Hostel Management System is designed for better interaction among pupil, instructors and accounts. Hostel Management System handles all of the requirements for smooth Hostel Management for a college. This software program will assist the Hostel to centralized the activities and preserve information transparency where wished and properly store statistics for ordinary operations and future evaluation.
Our software program will be clean to apply for each novices and advanced customers. It capabilities a acquainted and well concept out, an attractive consumer interface, combined with robust searching insertion and reporting capabilities.
Functional Requirements:
- Warden
• Warden can login and logout.
• Warden take a backup of the Database. - Student Registration
• In this module warden can add and delete pupil/teachers.
• And assign IDs.
Three. Staff Registration
• In this module warden can upload, delete and delete workforce.
• And assign IDs.
Four. Accounts
• In this module accountant manipulate sports associated with pupil rate, team of workers revenue, pupil bargain, due charge. - Room
• In this module warden point out room size e.G. Single seater, double seater, and 3 seater.
• In this module warden allocate and deallocate mattress and room to college students and have all statistics approximately rooms which are reserved and which might be vacant and going to be vacant in next few days.
