Abstract / Introduction

1. Suppose we have a project named “LahoreRentals.com”. In this project, we have a website that provides the Rental service to the Renter and the owner of the house. By using this website the Owner will be able to easily Post a Rental Ad of its house and the Renter will be able to show its interest regarding Particular Ad. Functional Requirements:
2. Owner login and signup. 2. Renter login and signup.
3. Admin login.
4. Owner should be able to post (submit for approval) an Ad of its house for rent.
5. Owners should be able to modify their profile.
6. Renter should be able to show their interest for a particular House Ad.
7. Renter or Website Visitor should be able to search the House Ads.
8. Admin should be able to manage the Owners and Renters (update, delete).
9. Admin should approve the Ad before posting.

10.Admin should be able to manage the Ads (Block, update, delete).

11.All statistics related to the LahoreRentals.com should be displayed on the admin panel.

12. Email notification should be sent to the registered users of a particular area when new Ad will be posted in that particular area.
13. Renter should be able to have a chat with Owner.
