Abstract / Introduction

In this project, we will create a website in which we will try to provide laundry provider details along with their services to the user. So that, we can facilitate the people in their daily busy life. This includes taking orders, maintaining records, scheduling delivery & pickup, and managing payment.

Functional Requirements:

We will have two panels in this website: Admin & User 1. Login:

Admin and customer will login to the system (after registration) using id and password.

2. Laundry point details:

Admin will add all the laundry points details into the system ie. Name, contact number, location etc.

3. Add services:

Admin will add and update all the services that are provided by particular laundry points along with their charges. For example pickup, delivery, washing, drying, starching, or ironing laundry etc.

4. Schedule:

Admin can add update pickup and delivery schedule according to the user requests date or day wise.

5. Search information:

User will search about particular laundry points and can choose the one nearest to their location or according to the services provided.

6. Payment Method:

User can pay online through our website and also by hand after they are get done with their services.

7. Review:

User can also leave reviews on the website.

8. Marketing:

If user likes their services, they can also share their link directly from the website to their social media apps.
