Objective of Medical Diagnostic System

The main objective of the Medical Diagnostic System is to manage the details of Employees, Diagnosis, Doctors, Tests, Charges. It manages all the information about Employees, Medical Reports, Charges, Employees. The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing the Employees, Diagnosis, Medical Reports, Doctors. It tracks all the details about the Doctors, Tests, Charges.

Functionalities provided by Medical Diagnostic System are as follows:

• Provides the searching facilities based on various factors. Such as Employees, Doctors, Tests, Charges
• College Management System also sells the employees details online for students details, employees details, courses.
• It tracks all the information of Diagnosis, Medical Reports, Tests ect
• Manage the information of Diagnosis
• Shows the information and description of the Employees, Doctors
• To increase efficiency of managing the Employees, Diagnosis
• It deals with monitoring the information and transactions of Tests.
• Manage the information of Employees
• Editing, adding and updating of Records is improved which results in proper resource management of Employees data.
• Manage the information of Tests
• Integration of all records of Charges.

Report generation:

• It generates the report on Employees, Diagnosis,Medical Reports
• Provide filter reports on Doctors, Tests, Charges
• You can easily export PDF for the Employees,Medical Reports, Tests
• Application also provides excel export for Diagnosis, Doctors, Charges
• You can also export the report into csv format for Employees, Diagnosis, Charges

Limitation of Medical Diagnostic System

• Excel export has not been developed for Medical Reports, Tests due to some criticality.
• The transactions are executed in off-line mode, hence on-line data for Employees, Diagnosis capture and modification is not possible.
• Off-line reports of Employees, Doctors, Charges cannot be generated due to batch mode execution.

Input Data and Validation of Medical Diagnostic System

• All the fields such as Employees, Doctors, Charges are validated and does not take invalid values
• Each form for Employees, Diagnosis,Medical Reports can not accept blank value fields
• Avoiding errors in data
• Controlling amount of input
