In this assignment, we can construct a web-based software named as “Online Property Booking Application”, wherein distinct sort of users can ebook the assets from the available houses.
The person first visits the internet application, pick the plot/save/plaza from the given alternatives and spot the complete installment manner and info and then ebook the assets.
Features:
Admin panel:
- The admin consumer can login and logout.
- The admin user can view, add, delete and edit exclusive property details. The admin person have to provide the plot/keep/plaza size, general rate, image, and instalment durations and so on. At the time of including homes within the website.
Three. The admin can generate the monthly, quarterly or every year based receipt for the person and upload that receipt at the user account.
Four. The admin confirm the amount paid with the aid of the person and generate a receiving receipt for the person. - The admin can manipulate the fees.

- The admin can generate extraordinary reviews like purchased plots/stores/plaza, general instalment, expenses, income and so on.
User panel: - The consumer first visits the “Online Property Booking Application”.
