- 3. Link it to our individual department/units that are in your scope of influence or your immediate supervisor’s-Choose a problem that can have a structural cause (read chapter 3 page 127 of the book)Analyze the problem with consequences of the problem supported by data
- 4. Link it to the relevant C’s – Organizational chart – current (put chart in appendices)
- Describe current organizational and unit structure using Daft

- 5. Literature Reviews:
- Read 8 to 10 literature reviews
- b. Critical reflection on the insights
- c. Use insights from the Daft Text and other suggested texts
- 6. Restructure Analysis:
- Specify why the C isn’t working (use Daft analysis)
- b. Describe the benefits of implementing the C and how the problem is resolved with the restructure(Read page 93 onwards of chapter 3)
