All educational institutes are offering a number of different disciplines these days and each discipline has a number of subjects. There are limited faculty members in all educational institutes thus each faculty member has to educate further than one subjects. Also, there are limited apartments for classes and lab conditioning for different batches. We’ve to schedule a schedule for effective resource application. This schedule should insure that there’s neither an lapping of faculty member nor class room. Timetable scheduling is a veritably excited job which takes a lot of time and trouble. Any updation or correction may make this task clumsy if done manually. There’s a need to automate this task with the help of an online system which generates a schedule. This Timetable operation system will be a web– grounded operation which can record schedule according to classes, subjects and faculty members.
Functional Conditions
Faculty Member
1. The faculty member shall register/ signup in the system.
2. The faculty members have different part like Dean, Section head, Head of department, Class in- chargeetc.
3. The faculty member shall be suitable to login to system.
4. The section head will induce schedule of different classes. (System will insure that every lecture should have a distinct time niche and room. Any time niche can not have an lapping of class, subject or faculty member.)
5. The faculty member shall be suitable to view/ download schedule from the system in. pdf format.
6. The faculty member shall be suitable to view/ download schedule class wise.
7. The faculty member shall be suitable to view/ download schedule subject wise.
8. The faculty member shall be suitable to view/ download schedule class room wise.
Pupil
1. The pupil shall register/ signup in the system.
2. The pupil shall be suitable to login to system
3. The pupil shall be suitable to view/ download schedule from the system in. pdf format.
4. The pupil shall be suitable to view/ download schedule class wise.
5. The pupil shall be suitable to view/ download schedule subject wise.

Admin
1. Login vacuity.
2. Admin shall be suitable to accept/ reject stoner’s enrollment requests.
3. Admin shall be suitable to modernize all druggies’ detail.
4. Admin shall be suitable to view all registered druggies’ detail.
5. Admin’s dashboard has overall functional rights.
6. Admin should be suitable to authorize/ reject the schedule generated by faculty member.
