Abstract/Introduction:

The software could be properly designed to serve the desires of different customers within the actual estate business (sale, purchase, pawn). In other phrases, it need to care about the customers’ satisfaction regarding finding the properties that healthy their desires. Also, it need to be aware of what is legal and what is not in real estate enterprise, and what the application receives as earnings should be calculated in line with the country regulation.
Functional Requirements:

• Admin/gadget can add, regulate, delete and search user by way of first name, ultimate call and date of registration.
• Admin/machine can add, modify, delete and search bulletins through date and Type.
• Admin/system can add, alter, delete and search testimonials by way of date and person.
• Admin/machine can upload, regulate, delete and search transactions (sale, buy, pawn) through date and registration.
• Admin/machine can upload, adjust, delete and search payments with the aid of date, type and transaction.
• Admin/gadget can upload, modify, delete and seek visitations by date, registration and employee.
• Admin/device can upload, adjust, delete and search personnel by way of identity, first name and Last call.

Non-Functional Requirements:
The utility have to be without difficulty handy to customers, secured, scalable and well performing.
