Project Domain / Category: Web Application Abstract/Introduction:
The aim of this mission is to increase a internet site named as “Online Property Rental System” to collect, keep and manner information for belongings available for hire, client information, details of property agent, commissions to corporation whilst assets is rented out. The users of this net web site are customers, agents, proprietors and Police stations in area of that belongings, which save following facts in machine, this is;
– Property Information
– Property Owner records
– Information of Agent
– Customer / tenant (renter) data
– Information / detail of hire settlement
– – Endorse agreement and tenant facts along with belongings proprietor and belongings
– There are 4 reviews are required. Details / reviews of agent’s commission together with 3 extra reports
There’s have to be a mechanism to check in a user. User is registered by way of System Admin. Only the registered customers can be capable of upload his/her information on the website. No consumer / admin might capable of look in the info of patients. Only admin has right to peer / modify a few simple data of users e.G. In case of password misplaced, admin might assist person to get better / reset machine password.
Functional Requirements:

Following are the important thing functional requirements of proposed Project:

1. Sign In and User Registration
There could be categories of Website customers:

o Registered User (customers, dealers and owners)
o Administrator (Admin) [There’s may be only one administrator]
Registered person may have the privileges to add his / her statistics at the internet site.

Administrator might be the user of website having rights of user management. Admin will approve the registration requests from users and get better accounts for registered users.
There might be Sign In interface for registered customers and Sign Up interface for unregistered users to check in on the internet site.

2. Information Uploading / Posting
There could be interactive interface(s) to add statistics for registered customers on the internet site. Information this is published by using consumer are of following kinds;

– Property Owner statistics
– Information of Agent
– Customer / tenant (renter) information
– Information / element of lease settlement
– Endorse agreement and tenant statistics in conjunction with belongings owner and assets
3. Generating Reports via Website
