Automatic Electric Train Barrier – Introduction
In our daily life we hears time to time that there are numerous twist of fate takes place at the railway crossings. These injuries occurs due to the absence of barrier. There are many crossings frequently in villages where the barrier aren’t available. It simply due to the fact our authorities can’t manage to pay for the price of the 2 men at one barrier. So we are introducing a new Automatic Electric Barrier. It isn’t high-priced. It saves us from the injuries. It is extra handy and less expensive. It works on the electric circuit.
Automatic Electric Train Barrier – Construction
It includes two iron poles which might be used as a barrier. It also consists of an electrical D.C. Motor and a pulley. The pulley and D.C. Motor are joined with a belt and two switches are joined to this motor with the assist of wire and those switches are located below the railway song. Motor is likewise joined with the transformer which produce six volt capacity variations.
Working of Train Barrier
A supply of six volt is produced through transformer to motor by means of switches and this motor is connected to a pulley with the assist of belt and this pulley have two extra wheels and those wheels are linked to the barriers with the assist of string. But we use iron twine despite the string in case of greater powered motor when the train is passes over those switches, then they’re pressed and motor start to revolving clockwise and this motor is hooked up to the pulley and while pulley revolves then the wheels loses the string. When string is loosed then barrier crumple. When educate reaches at few distance then more switches are positioned and whilst teach passes over them, then the motor revolves anticlock smart and stretch the string and rounded it and the obstacles that are be part of with the pulley moves up. In this manner the barrier movements up. In order to revolve the motor in anticlockwise inside the 2nd switch the circuit is kept reversed to first.
