Abstract/ Preface
Pakistan Post is the main source of communication for individualities, government associations and business community. It provides numerous domestic and transnational services including correspondence, documents, packets and parcels, Plutocrat orders delivery etc. It provides these services in numerous orders, for illustration, ordinary correspondence, Critical Mail Service (UMS)etc. in case of “ Correspondence” and Critical Plutocrat orders, Fax Plutocrat orders and Electronic Plutocrat orders in case of “ Plutocrat Order”. The idea is to develop a motorized desktop grounded operation that can be stationed to any Post office or Correspondence collection point to replace their homemade system.
Functional Conditions
A set of functional conditions of the proposed system may include the following.
1. There must be login process for director and authorized druggies to avoid unauthorized access to the software.
2. The system must be suitable to store data about different services
3. The system would be suitable to store profit generated from each type of service
4. The system would be suitable to store the records of each person who want to post the service ( Correspondence, Plutocrat order, documentsetc.)
5. The system would be suitable to store the records of each person who admit the service ( Correspondence, Plutocrat order, documentsetc.)
6. The system should be suitable to keep record of destination (Country, Cityetc.) of each service
7. The system would be suitable to publish the report ( daily, yearly, monthly) of profit
.8. The system would be suitable to publish the report of services grounded on orders
9. Any other report necessary for the problem sphere
