During the current Covid-19 epidemic, you have been assigned a part to develop MIS to efficiently and effectively store the information of COVID-19 cases in all over the country. The MIS will be accessible from each registered sanitarium in the country which will keep the record of all the cases as well as of the complete staff of sanitarium. Also the system will load the data into National Database after every two hours regarding the current situation/ condition of cases. Details regarding the different druggies involved in the system and the functions which they can perform are given below
Functional Conditions
Following are the druggies of this system. Each stoner has to log-in first, to use the system.
• Receptionist
• Lab Technician • Croaker
• Hospital Head
• City Head • Country Head
• Admin
Liabilities and functions of each stoner are given below
Receptionist
There can be multiple receptionists in a sanitarium still one particular receptionist can only belong to one particular sanitarium. These druggies are responsible to enter the complete information of all the cases who visit the sanitarium for the COVID test/ treatment.
Lab Technician
There can be multiple technicians in a sanitarium and one technician can work in multiple hospitals as well. This stoner is responsible to test the case for COVID complaint and enters the cases information into the system.
Croaker
There can be multiple croakers in a sanitarium and one croaker can work in multiple hospitals as well. The croakers are responsible to admit/ discharge the COVID cases as well as to treat them. They enters the necessary information into the system at the time of admission/ discharge as well as during the treatment.
Hospital Head
There can only be one head of a sanitarium. He’s responsible to add/ remove any croaker, lab technician, and receptionist. This stoner can pierce all the information which is penetrated by croaker, lab technician, and receptionist.
City Head
There can only be one head of all hospitals in a megacity. He’s responsible to add/ remove any particular sanitarium head, croaker, lab technician, and receptionist. This stoner can pierce all the information which is penetrated by sanitarium head, croaker, lab technician, and receptionist.
Country Head
There can only be one country in the system. He’s responsible to add/ remove any particular megacity head, sanitarium head, croaker, lab technician, and receptionist. This stoner can pierce all the information which is penetrated by megacity head, sanitarium head, croaker, lab technician, and receptionist.
Admin
Admin is the power stoner of the system and will have the rights of all the druggies.
