Abstract/ Preface
This design is an online council operation gate which enables council operation to effectively organize council conditioning. The design will give a centralized interface to operation persons for the monitoring of pupil’s status and to manage pupil’s figure affiliated issues. Separate interfaces with limited access features will be handed to the scholars to dissect their progress in colorful subjects. Parents of the scholars have also access to this interface to see the performance of their son/ son and figure history.
Admin Interface will be used by council proprietor/ top operation and its credentials will be participated with proprietor/ top operation. Through this interface, they can produce/ register colorful classes and sections, and register the scholars in corresponding classes and sections. Class preceptors, pupil strength, pupil’s figure and subject’s information for each class will also be made through this interface. Latterly, they will produce Stoner Accounts for each admitted pupil which will be participated with the corresponding scholars/ parents. On Stoner Interface, each pupil can view his/ her class, section name, study progress in colorful subjects and other figure affiliated information. Scholars/ parents can also give feedback through stoner interface regarding the grades/ marks attained in colorful tests/ examinations to the top operation.
This council design website will be developed usingASP.NET/ PHP as the frontal end and SQL Garçon/ MYSQL as a back- end. The database will store all necessary information about the enrolled scholars and colorful other academy affiliated information.
Functional Conditions
1. The systems shall have two distinct views Admin/ College Owner View and Stoner View.
2. The system shall give accessible interface for classes creation, sections creation, pupil enrollment, schoolteacher enrollment, subject enrollment, and pretenses information.
3. Admin Stoner have full rights and can produce stoner accounts for scholars/ Parents. They can produce, modernize or cancel information of any class or pupil. They can also produce individual accounts for the scholars.
4. Stoner/ Pupil account have limited access features, i.e. they can view only their own progress with limited commerce installation. Likewise, they can also view council adverts and other general information.
5. The system shall be able to give an interface to the Proprietor to inform parents/ pupil about their progress/ results on regular base through dispatch/ WhatsApp/ SMS.
6. The system shall be able to give an interface to the Proprietor to communicate the parents of scholars whose figure is pending and shoot them memorial through dispatch/ WhatsApp/ SMS.
7. The system shall be able to give an interface to the Proprietor to shoot custom communication to inform each/ named parents/ scholars about any conditioning or advertisement through dispatch/ SMS/ WhatsApp.
8. The system shall give Word Recovery installation using Dispatch.
9. The system should give the interface to store the information of each class, section, schoolteacher and the test/ test.
10. There should be a hunt interface on Admin View which helps the top operation to search any record accessibly.
11. The system should store and display picture of each enrolled pupil.
