Abstract/ Preface
Activity (PT) helps people to recover from injuries, reduce pain and stiffness, increase mobility. All this is done by espousing different styles similar as massage, exercises, electrotherapy, heat remedy and patient education etc. PT helps to treat orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary complaint conditions.
“ Find a Physiotherapist” a web grounded operation is proposed with end to grease people to find physiotherapist online to get a treatment according to their condition. This App will help them to get movables online. After appointment, they can get online discussion or visit physiotherapist in person in their conventions too. Case will register on website in which case record will be maintained through which case can fluently track all his data similar as physiotherapist information, movables’ record, lab reports, specified treatmentetc.
The App will help people search physiotherapist name wise, area wise, experience wise, and grounded on physiotherapist standing etc. People can check other cases’ reviews and feedback given to a particular physiotherapist. They can also give reviews and feedback to their physiotherapist.
The Admin will manage physiotherapists’data, cases’ information and movables scheduleetc.
Functional Conditions
Following are abstract position conditions of the design. Scholars are needed to give detailed conditions in SRS documents. Scholars can also add further conditions as per need.
1. There should be enrollment and login modules for Admin, Physiotherapist and Cases.
2. There should also be “ Home”, “ About Us”, “ Terms and Conditions” and “ Communicate Us” runners.
3. Admin will maintain record of all registered physiotherapists, cases, and movables scheduleetc.
4. There should be an interface to search physiotherapists grounded on their name, position, and experience etc. Physiotherapists should also be listed down in order of their standing.
5. Add orders/ areas in which physiotherapist will give his/ her services. Some of the different areas of activity are cardiorespiratory, disability, internal health, neurological, musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, paediatric, pain and injuries, sportsetc. ( Note You can also add further areas.)
6. Add treatment system similar as massage, exercises, electrotherapy, heat remedy and patient educationetc.
7. Service type similar as online discussion, home service or clinic grounded should also be added.
8. For each case, maintain record of each session and patient health progress report.
9. In case of online discussion, cases have to pay online via credit/ disbenefit card option.
10. The operation should be suitable to manage all movables, and paymentsetc.
11. The operation should give interface through which case could give reviews and feedback to their physiotherapist.
12. The operation should be suitable to store information of all registered physiotherapists, cases, reviews/ feedback, suggestions and complaintsetc.
13. There should be Admin module for whole operation operation.
